Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every effort to perform services professionally and safely, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or faulty components.

  • Manufacturer defects.

  • Customer misuse or neglect of the vehicle.

  • Damage caused by customer failure to follow recommendations.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, parts availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to provide accurate vehicle information and ensure a safe, accessible environment for our technicians to perform the requested services. Any hidden issues or unreported problems that lead to additional damage or complications are not the responsibility of OnSite Auto Care.

3. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnSite Auto Care and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the customer’s use of the service, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement by any other user of the customer’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
